Vaughan Williams, Ralph - Fantasia On Greensleeves For Violin and Piano Published by Oxford University Press $11.66; 100 Solos for Violin - Amsco Publications $17.96; 20 Progressive Solos for String Instruments for Violin - arranged by Samuel Applebaum - Alfred Publication $8.06 Since Greensleeves is a folk tune, it has many different forms.
